9.      PRESENTATION MNCPPC - 2035
Decision Required: None.

        The MNCPPC have been working on a parks concept plan for 2035 and will be presenting.

10.     WSSC WATER BILL RATES
Decision Required: None.

The Mayor has added this item to the agenda with the expectation that WSSC will explain their current rates.

11.     ADOPTION CAR-1-13 AMENDING THE TAX CAP
Decision Required: Whether to adopt.

        The Mayor and Town Council are considering a Charter Amendment to remove the Tax Cap from       the Town Code.

12.     R-1-13 BACKYARD HENS
Decision Required: Whether to support.

The Mayor and Council have been approached to consider supporting the effort to change the County, and subsequently the Town, Code to allow backyard hens in the R-55 (residential) zone.

13.     INTRODUCTION O-1-13 AMENDING THE PERSONNEL SECTION
Decision Required: Whether to move to second reading.

The Staff is requesting a change by the Mayor and Council in an attempt to add some specifics to the Personnel Section regarding grounds for dismissal.

14.     INTRODUCTION CAR-2-13 ADDING TAX CATAGORIES
Decision Required: Whether to move to second reading.

The Mayor and Council are considering an amendment to the Charter to allow for a designation of various taxing catagories.
